The last time we wrote, we told you all about our new woodworking/charcuterie board business, Under the Palm Palms. We
had also traveled to a few fun places, and wanted to share those trips as well–however life took a wild spin for us, and we moved
from Illinois back to our hometown in Virginia!
We found a house we loved, and after 3 U-Haul trips to make the move, one with car
in tow, we closed on our house and moved in the day before Thanksgiving, 2023! All of this to say we took a short hiatus (2 years) from the
travel blog and woodworking business. We are currently still setting up the workshop so we can start creating new boards, and hopefully will
find a great outlet where we can soon showcase them!
As for the travel blog, stay tuned as we play “catch-up” to show you some fun new places we have visited, including a “bucket list” trip to Greece for Teri’s
60th birthday! We are looking forward to sharing our adventures with you! Thanks for reading!
